Our Buffalo Milk
We source milk from healthy buffaloes in Toba Tek Singh, Pakistan. Before buying, we check the milk's fat content using a Gerber centrifuge machine. We do not use oxytocin to increase milk production as part of our milk-sourcing practices.

How We Make It
The milk is first set into dahi. The dahi is churned to get makhan, and the makhan is cooked slowly on low heat into ghee. Our preparation and packing follow hygiene practices and internal SOPs, and each batch is checked internally before packing.

Frequently Asked Questions

A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee is pure ghee made from the milk of buffaloes that naturally produce A2 beta-casein protein. It is prepared using the traditional dahi → makhan → ghee method, without any chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives.

Most commercial ghee is made using cream separated from milk and heated at high temperatures. Our A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee is prepared using the traditional churning method (dahi se makhan, phir ghee) in small 20kg batches. It contains no vegetable oil, no artificial flavour, and no preservatives — just 100% pure buffalo milk.

A2 ghee is made from milk containing A2 beta-casein protein, which is easier to digest for many people. A1 ghee (commonly from cross-bred cows) contains A1 beta-casein, which some people find harder to digest. Buffalo milk is naturally rich in A2 protein, making it a preferred choice for health-conscious families.

Buffalo milk has a higher fat content, which produces richer, more flavourful ghee with a longer shelf life. It also contains more Vitamin A and essential fatty acids. In traditional Pakistani cooking, buffalo ghee is preferred for its strong aroma and authentic taste.

Yes. Our A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee contains only one ingredient — 100% buffalo milk. We do not use any chemicals, preservatives, artificial colours, or vegetable oils. We also do not use oxytocin to increase milk production at any stage of sourcing.

Here is how you can verify purity at home:

· Pure ghee melts completely at room temperature and becomes liquid when slightly warmed.
· It has a rich, nutty aroma — not a chemical or artificial smell.
· When you cook with it, it does not splutter excessively.
· We also check milk fat using a Gerber Centrifuge before purchase, and every batch is internally checked before packing.

Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate it — room temperature is ideal. Always use a clean, dry spoon to take ghee out of the container. Keep the lid tightly closed after each use.

Yes. Desi Ghee has a high smoke point (around 250°C), which makes it excellent for cooking, frying, sautéing, and tadka. It is far healthier than refined oils for daily cooking.

A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee:

· Supports brain development (rich in Vitamin A, D, E, K)
· Improves digestion and gut health
· Strengthens immunity
· Provides sustained energy (ideal for winters)
· Helps with joint health and bone strength
· Nourishes skin and hair from within

Yes. Desi Ghee is excellent for growing children as it supports brain development and provides energy. For elderly people, it helps with joint health, digestion, and overall vitality. However, moderation is key — 1 to 2 teaspoons per day is generally recommended.
